Basically we keep any products on stock. Non-stock articles are marked accordingly on the referring product page. If an article is not available in the desired number, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Insured UPS-Shipping within Germany and to European countries
Orders of stock articles which we receive until 12.00 a.m. are shipped with UPS standard the same day.
Insured DHL Premium shipping to Europe and worldwide
Orders of stock articles which we receive until 12.00 a.m. are shipped with DHL Premium the next day.
Returns and warranty claims
Articles which are covered by our Money-back-warranty or if an article needs to be returned for warranty repair, shall be returned prepaid. In case of an effective revocation please choose the cheapest shipping and add a receipt of your freight costs and we will refund your costs with the product's price.
